'GUTS' R - Package
GUTS (General Unified Threshold model of Survival) is a stochastic survival model for ecotoxicology. GUTS allows for the fast calculation of the survival probabilities and the logarithm of the corresponding likelihood. Our recent updates strongly accelerated calculation of the variants that are mainly applied in environmental risk assessment of pesticides: 'individual tolerance' (GUTS-RED-IT) and 'stochastic death' (GUTS-RED-SD).
